Coaching Resource: PDFTotal Player Development by Region 2 Coaching Committee

The Junior Irish Soccer Club and Northern Indiana Futbol Academy are made up of some of the best, most qualified coaches in Northern Indiana.  We value education in the club as well as playing and coaching experience.  We continually expect our coaches to learn the game through professional development opportunities and licensing.

The Junior Irish Soccer Club provides technical development and competitive play for youth ages 7 to 14.  Once they leave the U14 team they join the Northern Indiana Futbol Academy (NIFA) which continues their development from U15-18.  If you have questions regarding licensing, club structure and coach and player development, please contact a coaching director.
